Our 8-Step Production Process
Pattern Cutting
We develop every style in-house. Our team works from sketches, tech packs, or samples. Patterns are created manually on recycled paper, then scaled digitally for 100% accuracy.
Toiling (Fit Testing)
A toile is a test garment. Unlike others, we use actual production fabrics during toiling. This ensures the final fit is perfect before we cut a single piece of bulk fabric.
Fabric & Trim Sourcing
We source premium fabrics from Italian suppliers (Pisa Fabric). Options include ECONYL® and RPET. Hardware is sourced from Portugal and France for a luxury finish.
Sampling
See your complete collection before production. Concepts to samples in 3-7 days. Perfect for photoshoots, marketing, and final quality approvals.
Garment Fitting
We host collaborative fit sessions to review every detail. Together, we document measurements and adjustments to accelerate your brand’s development.
Digital Grading
Precise pattern scaling across all sizes (Petite, Plus Size, Childrenswear). We use proven standards optimized for global markets to ensure a consistent fit.
